The Yogi’s Way to Emotional Resilience
Experience specific sequences of movement, meditation, visualization, breathwork, and wisdom to help you navigate “kleshas,” the Sanskrit word for “destructive emotions” or “mind poisons.” Major kleshas include anger, attachment, fear, jealousy, loneliness, shame, anxiety, and depression.
In this program, we don’t suppress emotions; we meet them with wisdom and compassion, learning to experience them in ways that heal rather than harm. The Yogi’s Way offers tailored yoga sequences for each major klesha, grounded in the timeless wisdom of Vedic Yoga and Ayurveda, and supported by cutting-edge neuroscience.
Bear in mind that no emotion is inherently good or bad. The wisdom and skill with which we experience and express our emotions determine whether they become harmful or wholesome. For more on this topic, get your copy of The Yogi’s Way.
