CLASSICAL AYURVEDIC TEACHINGS ROOTED IN THE VEDIC LINEAGE
- Ayurveda; The holistic approach to Yoga
- Understanding how the balance of the elements within you - earth, water, fire, air, ether - influence your movement, meditation and pranayama (breath work) practices as well as your diet.
