Explore Yoga's shamanic roots in a small mountain town ten miles from Sedona, Arizona. The weekend will include yoga for all levels, meditation, nature walks, a vision quest, songs, story-telling and ceremony.
The retreat will be led by Manny Medina, a shaman of the Apache tribe, Rose Medina, a dreamweaver and songstress and Reema Datta, a yogini of the Vedantic lineage.
Phoenix is the best airport to fly into. Transportation from the airport to the retreat can be arranged upon registration.
